Late Arrival - To ensure promptness of all reservations, anyone 15 minutes or later for their appointment may be rescheduled to another convenient time.

Cancellation - Please cancel, or reschedule your hair appointment at least 48 hours prior to your service.
For specialty services such as hair extensions must be canceled, or rescheduled 72 hours prior to your service. A deposit will be taken during the scheduling of any hair extensions appointment and will be forfeited if 72 hours notice is not given.

Payment - We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
Please note we cannot add gratuities to any credit or debit transaction.
